Having brought them to an end during the pandemic, Apple has today announced that it is bringing Today at Apple events back to its stores from March 7. The move will bring in-person events back to Apple Stores across the United States.
Apple says that the reopening will be “just in time to celebrate Women’s History Month.” People will be able to explore GarageBand in-store, a press release says.
During the hands-on session, participants will remix Lady Gaga’s song “Free Woman” by experimenting with Live Loops, Remix FX, and more. At the end of the free 30-minute session, attendees can share and celebrate their unique mixes. Participants can register today at apple.co/remix-lady-gaga.
“We can’t wait to welcome more of our communities back to our stores to experience Today at Apple, led by our incredible Apple Creatives,” said Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s senior vice president of Retail + People via the release. “We’ve missed experiencing this connection in our stores, and we’re so happy that Today at Apple is back in person,” she continued.
Today at Apple first arrived back in 2017 and it gives people the chance to go to a local Apple Store and learn how to get the most out of their Macs, iPhones, iPads, and more.
All sessions are completely free and available to everyone, although the pandemic did of course cause them to be stopped in the interest of health and safety.
